IHWAP Weatherization Update

Crosswalk Community Action Agency now administers the DCEO Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) for Bond, Clinton, Marion, and Washington Counties. Eligible households may receive free energy-efficiency and health-and-safety upgrades that can lower utility costs. Apply through Crosswalk at (618) 937-2259 or crosswalkcaa.com, or start online at DCEO’s IHWAP application page.
