IHWAP Weatherization Update

Crosswalk Community Action Agency now administers the DCEO Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) for Bond, Clinton, Marion, and Washington Counties. Eligible households may receive free energy-efficiency and health-and-safety upgrades that can lower utility costs.
